Mechanical test


Testing is carried out to test the performance capacity and/or retention of the products outside appearance within the limits set forth by the maker’s documentation, under exposure or after exposure to the above factors. Our laboratory testing base enables us to carry out testing for exposure to mechanical factors with the following characteristics:

• Testing to define critical frequencies (resonance) within the range of frequencies from 5 to 10,000 Hz is carried out to check the critical frequencies at which resonance of the product structure and its components takes place.

• Testing to vibration resistance within the range of frequencies from 5 to 10,000 Hz with acceleration of up to 40g is carried out to test the product ability to withstand the destructive effect of vibration and to retain its parameters under exposure to vibration in the set modes and condition’s.

• Testing of the shock strength with acceleration of up to 100g is carried out to test the product ability to withstand the destructive effect of mechanical shock and to retain its parameters after such exposure.

• Testing of the shock resistance with acceleration of up to 100g is carried out to test the product ability to perform its functions under repeated mechanical shock.

• Testing to exposure to single mechanical shock with acceleration of up to 5,000g is carried out to test the product ability to withstand the destructive effect of a single mechanical shock and to perform its functions after such exposure.
