The team "Promelectronservis" created several technical complexes of motion control and communication systems of UAVs.

 

A key feature of the construction of our UAV is the introduction of self-diagnosis elements in all electronic components of the complex: navigation systems, engine controllers, servo drives, communications. The second important feature of our UAVs is the exclusive use of noise-protected interfaces with specialized error-detecting protocols for connecting the autopilot to all electronic components of the complex. Our team is engaged in the promotion of its services for the development of UAV elements, the integration of completed systems to the needs of the customer.

 

The basis of control systems (ACS) of our UAVs is an autopilot of its own design AP-05. It is built on the basis of a productive ARM computer and operates under the control of the real-time operating system (RTOS) QNX Neutrino (code of the RF Ministry of Defense - KPDA.10964-01). The system operates in a protected memory mode, which allows you to embed user software into the computer without threat of security breach. Together with high performance, this allows us to solve a wide range of problems without introducing additional computing resources into the system.

 

Actuators ACS - servo drives of their own design SP-03. The key system-technical features of which are: an interference-proof half-duplex interface, an integrated secondary power supply from 9 to 40 V, and a non-contact feedback sensor.

 

 

The company’s team has developed a transceiver for communication with the ground control complex. A radio-transmitting module of high-speed information with a software-defined architecture expands the possibilities for organizing the transmission of payload data in real time. Adaptive change in the parameters of this module allows you to get the optimal speed of information transfer for a specific task.
