Incoming control


When assessing the quality of any product it makes sense to assess not only its functional and operational parameters, but also the extent of exposure to environmental factors, when the product continues to conform to the declared specifications. Our laboratory testing base makes it possible to carry out tests for exposure to climatic factors with the following specifications: 
• Testing for exposure to high temperature of up to +150°С is carried out to test the product parameters and outside appearance under exposure of increased temperature and after such exposure. 
• Testing for exposure to low temperature down to - 70°С is carried out to test the product parameters and outside appearance under exposure of reduced temperature and after such exposure. 
• Testing for exposure to high humidity, up to 100 % relative atmospheric humidity is carried out to test the product ability to retain outside appearance and parameter values under exposure to high humidity and/or after such exposure. 
• Testing for exposure to temperature fluctuations from - 70°С +150°С is carried out to test the product ability to retain outside appearance and parameter values after exposure to temperature fluctuation. Testing for exposure to atmosphere condensed precipitations (dew and frost dew) is carried out to test the product ability to withstand applied nominal electrical voltage in case of condensation of frost dew and dew. 
• Testing for exposure to low atmospheric pressure down to 5 mm of mercury is carried out to test the product and packaging ability to perform their functions under low atmospheric pressure. 
• Testing for exposure to high atmospheric pressure of up to 2,200 mm of mercury is carried out to test the product ability to perform its functions and retain its outside appearance after exposure to high atmospheric pressure. 
• Testing for exposure to atmosphere pressure fluctuations from 5 mm of mercury to 2,200 mm of mercury is carried out to test the product ability to perform its functions and retain its outside appearance after exposure to air pressure. 
• Testing for exposure to (sea) salty mist is carried out to test the product corrosion resistance and define its fitness for operation in a humid atmosphere in the presence of salts. 
• Testing for retention (accelerated) and reliability (faultless operation) is carried out to detect latent defects of the products by accelerated ageing under exposure to high temperature. Faultless operation testing is also carried out to detect latent defects of the products, but, apart from exposure to high temperature, the products are also exposed to electrical load.
